Hawkeye^® Pro MicroFlex Borescopes

Semi-Rigid
0.9 mm Diameter
The semi-rigid model in this range is a 0.9mm diameter Nitinol-sheathed (Nickel-Titanium alloy) borescope containing 10,000 fibers that deliver incredible image quality.

And owing to it's semi-rigid construction, it can be deflected approximately 30 degrees in any direction from its normal position, allowing visualisation of bores in curved and complex parts.

Flexible
0.5 / 0.9 / 1.5 mm Diameter
The Hawkeye® MicroFlex Flexible Borescopes come in tiny diameters and have a 230mm bend radius which allows them to access even the smallest and most difficult to reach of places.

The 0.5 and 0.9mm models are made with a polyamide sheath and 10,000 pixel fiber imaging bundles. Whereas the 1.5mm diameter model has a plastic sheath and a 30,000 fiber bundle.

There are a range of lighting options compatible with the Pro MicroFlex range allowing you to choose the most appropriate light source for your applications.

And the eyepiece can also be easily replaced with a video adapter, allowing you to link the endoscope to a C-Mount camera so that the images from the endoscope can be seen on digitally on a monitor.

These features make the MicroFlex range ideal for a range of applications, including the inspection of cooling holes inside turbine blades, cannulas, catheters, needles, trocars, valves in medical devices and many other micro manufactured parts.
