Hawkeye® Classic Flexible Borescope

The Hawkeye® Classic Flexible Borescope has 18,000 optical glass fibers, delivering high resolution, sharp images with great detail.
The Classic Flexible range are made with an acid-leached fiber imaging bundle which increases image contrast. Image quality is then further enhanced by the super bright Hawkeye® SuperNOVA™ Light.
Its fibers are all wrapped in a plastic-coated, stainless steel gooseneck sheath which makes it durable, easy to clean and means that it can be set into shape before insertion into a cavity - all with a diameter of only 7.9mm. It also has the facility of a 90° Mirror Tip which can change the direction-of-view.
This makes the Classic Flexible Borescope much simpler to use and less expensive than an articulating flexible endoscope which might be considered as an alternative option for similar applications.
It is therefore a great value option for use on tasks where indirect access is required and there is a relatively simple entry path, for example, the inspection of engines, cylinders, gearboxes and other similiar chambers and bores.
